Set within several acres of grounds it is undoubtedly one of the finest period houses in the region, continuing to captivate guests who marvel at the surroundings, the 17th Century Grade II* listed country house provides a relaxing atmosphere bringing a sense of occasion to your celebration. Dating Back to 1638 the house, built by the Corbett family, is now home to the Morgan family, who since 1981, have lovingly restored Blakelands along with its adjacent stables, malt house, barn, Gardens & lake. The house still retains many of the original rooms with period features.
Set amongst eight acres of mature walled gardens, orchards, paddocks and one acre carp lake the house and grounds make an ideal setting for any event.
2012 was also our 20th Birthday since first opening in 1992.
