mushrooms bathed in a cream & corriander sauce, served in a potato skin

Brie chunks wrapped in parma ham & fried, served on a bed of rocket salad with a honey & mustard dressing

Served with melba toast &  hollandaise sauce

Seasoned & sautéed strips of shark meat on a bed of mixed leaves

All our meals are cooked fresh to order, therefore all sauces can be served separately if Required, or please ask if you would prefer Chef to prepare an alternative sauce.
