Conference Facilities

Blakelands provides a unique environment for all types of corporate events and is particularly suitable for meetings where clients require peace and security combined with unobtrusive service. The venue offers a fusion of elegance and charm with modern facilities to meet the requirements of today's business delegates.A Variety of meeting and conference facilities situated in and around the main house, vary in size and delegate capacity from 10 - 120 people.

The Maltings Room has a capacity for 120 theatre style with private bar, adjoining buffet room and natural daylight. The room is an ideal venue for conferences and private banquets.

Blakelands Boardroom and the central Hall in the main house are available exclusively for smaller groups from 10 to 30 delegates. The Central Hall has a CCTV video link to Blakelands Lodge bar. All of the above and much more can be tied in with overnight and longer stay accomodation ideal for delegates who are having to travel from a longer distance or even from abroad were Helicopter and light Aeroplane transfers can be arranged at the local Airport on request.

Corporate Events.

The grounds at Blakelands provide the perfect venue for business and pleasure. Offering ample opportunities for a host of events, team building and training activities, traditional country house pursuits including croquet, fishing, archery, and clay pigeon shooting through to full product launches and exhibitions, helicopter charter to murder mysteries and themed events.

Conference Equipment.

You may bring your own display, projection or presentation aids for use in the rooms, in addition Blakelands has available for hire a TV & Video, OHP projector, 35mm Slide projector, Projector's Screen and Presentation Writing Pads mounted on Easel's. Full Computer systems Including Laptops and File sharing systems are also available to Rent with network capable printers and full network systems.

  • Based on a minimum of 10 delegates , from £65.00 per day (Inc conference room, essential stationary, Refreshments & Hot or cold luncheon)
